What does 'PM' stand for?

PM stands for ñParticulate Matter.î It's a standard created by the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and refers to the size of particles, measured in micrometers. The PM Concentration Level is an approximate measurement of how many particles of that size are in a cubic meter. There are three different PM sizes displayed on the Air Purifier. What is CADR?

CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) rating indicates the speed that air within a particular room can be cleaned. It's measured in m^3/hr. A higher CADR means that the air purifier can clean air faster.

How often do I need to replace the filter?

All Samsung Air Purifiers are equipped with a Filter Change Alarm, which means you'll always be reminded when your filters need replacing. Changing your filter is easy and will need to be done approximately every 6 to 12 months. The filter life cycle depends on the air quality of the room it's working in, and how long it's on for.

Can I wash Samsung air purifier filters?

Samsung Air Purifiers contain a washable Pre-Filter, which makes maintenance a breeze. To clean it, you can give it a gentle rinse or vacuum. Only put it back in your Air Purifier when it's totally dry. It's important to note that he Activated Carbon Deodorisation Filter and HEPA Filter are not washable.

All systems sold by Wholesale Aircon have a 5 year manufacturers warranty. For more details refer to each Manufacturers warranty guidelines.

Important Information to Maintain Your Warranty!

  • Keep a copy of your invoice
  • Ensure your air conditioning installer is qualified and holds a current refrigeration handling license.
  • Ensure operation is as per manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Ensure the air inlet and outlet of the outdoor unit is kept clear of obstructions.
  • Replace exhausted batteries in remote control.
  • If your system fails, contact the manufacturer without delay.

We are unable to deliver to a PO Box as we need ID and a copy of the online receipt when delivery is made.

The number for each manufacturer will be on the warranty form which came with the system purchased. When placing a warranty claim you will need to provide proof of purchase (your tax invoice).
